Bayard Elects New Directors for 2025
Bayard, P.A., a Meritas® member law firm based in Wilmington, Delaware, is pleased to announce the election of
Sarah T. Andrade and Megan McGovern as directors, and Ronald P. Golden III as Counsel, effective January 1, 2025.

Sarah focuses on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, contractual disputes, and other commercial disputes.
Megan concentrates her practice in family law where she handles a range of matters including divorce, custody, child support, adoption, guardianship and protection from abuse.
Ron’s practice focuses on complex patent litigation and business litigation in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, spanning across a range of technologies.
