Biography
Ron served as a member of a pro bono trial team that represented death row inmates challenging the constitutionality of the state of Arkansas’s use of the sedative Midazolam in the 2017 Arkansas Lethal Injection Class Action Lawsuit.
Prior to joining Bayard, Ron served as Judge Leonard P. Stark’s Courtroom Deputy with expanded law clerk duties in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware for eight years while attending Widener University’s Delaware Law School in the evening.
Ronald P. Golden III is an associate in Bayard’s Litigation Department. His practice focuses on complex patent litigation in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, spanning across a range of technologies.
Ron has worked on cases involving pharmaceutical Hatch-Waxman litigation, software, medical device, consumer, and semiconductor chip products.
