Bayard Associate Justin Barrett Starring in 2024 Profundo Bono Show Anna Karenina: From Train to Trial
Wilmington, Delaware—Bayard, P.A. is pleased to announce that litigation attorney Justin Barrett is scheduled to appear later this month in the Profundo Bono production “Anna Karenina: From Train to Trial,” a comedic take on the classic novel, “Anna Karenina.” Justin will play the part of Count Vronsky, a handsome young military officer for whom Anna falls head over heels. The script was written by Magistrate Molina of the Delaware Court of Chancery and the show is directed by Ray Crew.
The show will run from Friday, November 15, 2024, through Sunday, November 17, 2024, with two runs in Wilmington, and a matinee in Dover.
The cast and crew have been hard at work preparing for the biannual production and raising money to help cover the expenses, as the proceeds benefit the Combined Campaign for Justice. The CCJ supports the Delaware legal service agencies including Community Legal Aid Society, Inc., Delaware Volunteer Legal Services, Inc., and Legal Services Corporation of Delaware, Inc., all of which provide legal services to low-income Delaware families.
“It is incredibly exciting to be putting on this production with the Delaware legal community. We are able to support an excellent cause - the CCJ - while simultaneously allowing our creative sides to shine. I have always loved being on stage, and I am thrilled to be able to return to theatre with such a meaningful production and alongside wonderful, talented individuals. Magistrate Molina has written a great show, and I sincerely hope people will come out to support us!” said Justin Barrett.
