Wilmington, Delaware- Bayard, P.A. is pleased to announce that nine of the firm’s attorneys were named to the 2021 Delaware Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists. Each year, Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters rating service, publishes a list of outstanding attorneys who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.

Four members of the firm made the Super Lawyers list. This list recognizes lawyers in the top five percent of lawyers in the region.  Attorneys on the Super Lawyers list are designated as a result of a patented selection process which includes peer nominations, independent 3rd party research, and peer review by practice area.

In addition, five Bayard attorneys were designated on the Rising Stars list.  Attorneys on the Rising Star list are chosen as a result of the same selection process as Super Lawyers but are 40 years old or younger or have practiced for ten years or less.  The Rising Stars list recognizes eligible attorneys in the top 2.5% of their category regionally.
