Biography
Emily graduated from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2018. While in law school, Emily was a student ambassador and was involved in Wills for Heroes and Delaware Volunteer Legal Services. After graduating law school, Emily interned in the Delaware Superior Court for the Honorable Jan R. Jurden, President Judge and later served as a law clerk in the Delaware Superior Court for the Honorable John A. Parkins, Jr., the Honorable Paul R. Wallace and the Honorable Calvin L. Scott, Jr.
Before joining Bayard, Emily practiced in the corporate litigation group at another Wilmington law firm.
Emily L. Skaug is an associate in Bayard’s Litigation Department. She focuses her practice on complex litigation, including shareholder derivative matters and other investor rights cases.
