Thad is a director in Bayard’s litigation group with more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of trial and appellate practice before state and federal courts.  He was selected with eleven other Delaware attorneys with diverse backgrounds in the legal field to sit on the board to serve a one-year term.  The group will advise Law360 on the latest trends and important cases in Delaware and provide their expertise and suggestions on enhancing the coverage that Law360 provides.
