Bayard attorney Stephen B. Brauerman was named the Co-Vice Chair of the American Bar Association Business Law Section Committee on Business and Corporate Litigation's Partnerships and Alternative Entities Subcommittee. The Partnership and Alternative Business Entities Subcommittee meets regularly to discuss cutting-edge issues relating to limited liability companies, limited partnerships and other non-corporate business entities. Members possess a wealth of experience and knowledge regarding all aspects of entity formation. The subcommittee is comprised of judges, business litigators, transactional attorneys and in-house counsel from around the United States.
