Wilmington, Delaware—Bayard restructuring director Ericka F. Johnson is scheduled to speak at the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) Spring Meeting on Friday, April 19, 2024, in Washington, D.C.  Ericka will present an ABI Talks session titled “The Changing Landscape of Chapter 11,” where she will discuss the issues facing bankruptcy practitioners in 2024 along with some of the newest trends in chapter 11 filings.
