Wilmington, Delaware—The American Bankruptcy Institute recently released its latest Industry Viewpoints segment featuring Bayard restructuring director Evan T. Miller.  Evan sat down with ABI Editor-at-Large Bill Rochelle to discuss the intersection of cryptocurrency and insolvency. Evan and Bill explore the plethora of recent bankruptcy filings involving cryptocurrency, NFTs, and other digital currencies, discussing what went wrong and what the future may look like in the crypto exchange markets going forward.
