Wilmington, Delaware—Curtis P. Bounds, director and senior attorney in Bayard’s family law group is scheduled to present this Thursday, December 14, 2023, at the annual Family Law Update, sponsored by the Family Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association.  Curtis has been the presenter of the Case Law Update since 2004.  During his presentation, Curtis will review reported and unreported cases from the Family Court of the State of Delaware, identifying trends and insights those cases reveal.

Curtis is experienced in all areas of domestic relations law –adoption, alimony, child support, custody, dependency/neglect, divorce, equitable distribution of property, petitions for protection from abuse, prenuptial agreements, separation agreements, termination of parental rights and visitation- and focuses his practice today on business valuation and dissolution of marital estates for high net-worth clients.
