Bayard, P.A’s. Justin R. Alberto has been recognized by Delaware Law Weekly in its inaugural Delaware Lawyers on the Fast Track list. Nominations for the recognition were submitted by the Delaware legal community and evaluated by a four-member judging panel from the legal profession and the state. Justin is one of fifteen Delaware lawyers recognized from various practices across the state.

Justin focuses his practice on corporate bankruptcy, where he has substantial company-side and committee experience in a wide array of industries, including retail, energy, and finance.
