Bayard Welcomes Ericka F. Johnson as New Chair of Restructuring Group
Wilmington, Delaware—Bayard, PA is pleased to announce that Ericka F. Johnson has joined the firm as a director and Chair of the Business Restructuring & Liquidations Practice. Ericka brings over 15 years of local and national corporate bankruptcy and restructuring experience to Bayard. She is well-versed in bankruptcy litigation matters, including preference, fraudulent transfer, turnover, and breaches of contract and fiduciary duty actions. She regularly litigates contested matters including involuntary bankruptcies, motions for the appointment of Chapter 11 trustees, claim objections, plan confirmation objections, and dismissal/conversion motions.

Ericka received her Juris Doctor from Delaware Law School and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Delaware.
