Bayard is acting as co-counsel to debtors, Butler Services International, Inc. and eight affiliates, in a chapter 11 case in the District of Delaware. The case filed on June 1, 2009 and Bankruptcy Chief Judge Kevin Carey approved a sale of substantially all of the debtors’ assets on July 1, 2009.  Bayard attorneys Charlene Davis and Justin Alberto are involved in the representation. They are working with Moses & Singer, lead counsel for the debtors.  

Butler Services was a 60 year old business that provided, among other services, engineering and technical support personnel and services to Fortune 500 companies and the United States Government.
