Bayard Director Evan Miller to Speak on Upcoming Strafford Webinar about Unique Business Bankruptcy Issues
Wilmington, Delaware- Evan Miller is scheduled to speak on a live Strafford video webinar CLE on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, from 1:00 pm-2:30 pm EDT. The seminar, Partnership and LLC Bankruptcies: Unique Legal Issues and Recent Case Law Developments. Evan will be joined by William Smelko, a partner at Procopio Cory Hargreaves & Savitch. Together, they will address the unique features of partnership and LLC entity bankruptcies concerning bankruptcy filings and proceedings.
