Bayard participated in the Delaware State Bar Association’s (DSBA) Young Lawyers Section (YLS) Sixth Annual Toys for Tots Toy Drive. Bayard’s Associates Committee – led by Vanessa R. Tiradentes, Justin R. Alberto, and Evan T. Miller – collected new toys and donations that were then given to the Toys for Tots foundation. The 66-year-old Toys-for-Tots program, which was approved as an official U. S. Marine Corps activity in 1995, distributes donated toys to underprivileged children during the holiday season as a message of hope and joy.
