Bayard Attorney Steven Adler Selected to Participate in NCBJ NextGen Program
Wilmington, Delaware—Bayard, P.A. is pleased to announce that attorney Steven D. Adler has been selected to participate in the 2024 National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges (NCBJ) NextGen program. NCBJ will host 52 up-and-coming bankruptcy practitioners in Seattle at its annual meeting for NextGen’s 15th program. The NextGen Class of 2024 will have an opportunity to attend roundtable discussions with active bankruptcy judges from all over the country, attend educational sessions, networking opportunities, and have future speaking opportunities at NCBJ meetings.
Steve is an associate in Bayard’s bankruptcy and restructuring practice. He has represented corporate debtors, official committees, creditors, lenders, asset purchasers, and other significant parties in interest in various bankruptcy court proceedings and out-of-court restructurings. Steve also has experience handling commercial and corporate litigation matters.
