Ashly Riches Joins Bayard Corporate Restructuring Group

Wilmington, Delaware- Bayard is pleased to announce that its Business Restructuring & Liquidations group is growing.  Ashly L. Riches has joined the firm focusing her practice on corporate bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, corporate restructuring, and other insolvency matters.

Ashly attended Duke University School of Law where she gained hands-on experience as a student attorney, managing a caseload of non-profit organizations for the Duke Law Community Enterprise Clinic. She also interned with the North Carolina Department of Justice, Education Section, and the North Carolina Coalition Against Domestic Violence.

Ashly was a semi-finalist in the Duke Law Jessup Cup Moot Court Competition in 2019, and placed 2nd in the Transactional Law Competition in 2020. At graduation, Ashly received the Duke Law Pro Bono Pledge Certificate of Achievement for her commitment to pro-bono work.

Prior to joining Bayard, Ashly practiced in the Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring group at another Wilmington law firm. Bayard is excited to welcome Ashly to the team and looks forward to her contributions to the firm’s clients and continued growth in corporate restructuring.
